The Range Rover SV’s premium lineup now includes an exclusive Sawai Edition, launching at Rs 4.90 crore (Delhi ex-showroom). Available in three distinct versions, Sawai Jaipur, Sawai Jodhpur, and Sawai Jaisalmer, each model draws inspiration from the distinctive architectural traditions of these Rajasthan cities.
Only 18 units of this model will be produced, with each of the three versions restricted to 6 cars. The Range Rover SV Sawai Jaipur Edition draws its theme from Jaipur’s ‘Pink City’ identity, evident in its rose-hued exterior finish.
This motif extends to the interior, which has an Ecru and Deep Garnet two-tone cabin. The seats incorporate design elements inspired by Jaipur’s famous Hawa Mahal, featuring a unique pattern that mirrors the city’s architectural style.
The Range Rover SV Sawai Jodhpur edition honours Jodhpur’s nickname as the Blue City. It sports a soft Blue exterior paint and includes a Perlino and Riviera colour scheme. The Riviera blue seat upholstery is paired with white ceramic details on the dashboard.
The seats also display a pattern inspired by Jodhpur’s ancient forts. Land Rover crafted the interior design to embody the essence of the city.
The Range Rover SV Sawai Jaisalmer Edition commemorates the city’s ‘Golden’ heritage. Its golden exterior colour is inspired by Jaisalmer’s sandstone buildings, while it features a Perlino and Caraway interior theme.
All three Sawai Edition variants come with 23-inch champagne-coloured alloy wheels and a unique plaque inside displaying the edition name and ‘1 of 6’. The dashboard has white ceramic controls on the centre console, enhancing the edition’s exclusivity.
The Range Rover SV Sawai Edition is powered by a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 engine delivering 537 PS and 750 Nm. An 8-speed automatic transmission sends power to all four wheels, ensuring a smooth drive.
One of the key highlights of this edition is the 24-carat gold surrounds around the ‘Range Rover’ badge on the bonnet lip. This unique feature adds to the exclusivity of the Sawai Edition, making it a rare and special vehicle.
